The development programme for 2006-08 includes eight other schemes which will provide 57 affordable homes; 21 units on Anglesey and 36 units in Gwynedd:

Anglesey: Bron y Graig, Bodedern (10); Llys Tregarnedd, Llangefni (8); existing houses (3)

Gwynedd: Castell Coch, Dyffryn Ardudwy (10); Bryn Rhedyw, Llanllyfni (8); Bro Pedr, Garndolbenmaen (10); Eithinog, Bangor (4); Garreg Frech, Llanfrothen (4).

We anticipate that the development in Llanfrothen will be a pilot scheme for providing affordable homes on shared equity terms without Social Housing Grant.
