Applying for housing
The way social housing is let in Gwynedd has changed.
As of 10 September 2012 there is a ONE housing policy and waiting list for anyone seeking a home through Cymdeithas Tai Eryri, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd, Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd or North Wales Housing.
Gwynedd Council’s Housing Options Team will manage this list and deal with all enquiries and applications regarding housing.
That means that from now on:
- One contact point only for all housing enquires and applications for social housing – the Housing Options Team
- You only need to fill in one common application form.
- One points system will be used for all applications within Gwynedd
